Wow! looks great! Though I'm not in the OC, I do look forward to the day I can move back to Irvine. I miss the UCI days. I'll definitely link to this site. Look forward to seeing all the good eats in the OC.

Great blog you have here. Love the photos and the detailed analyses of restaurants. Got a quick Q though: many of us foodies, like myself, would like to start food blogs ourselves but are somewhat on the shy side (e.g., taking pictures of restaurant signs and interior settings without drawing attention from the staff). So, as an ode to us timid but yet ambitious future rest. critics, would you mind giving us a few pointers on the ethics/etiquette of restaurant reviews on blogs? Thanks and keep up the great work!

Welcome! I ever mention I have cousins going to Columbia? There are also portions of the family in Jersey and Queens. Gotta get them food blogging.
