Also, I agree with the comments and your reaction about COMPLETELY cooked egg! An eggs benedict without an oozing yolk is like the food blog world without Chubbypanda!

Well, you can saute in your lidded braising pan on the stove, or you can saute in the pan, then transfer to the crock pot. Deglaze the pan with a little water and add the resulting jus to the crock pot.

Isn't BBQ Chicken the greatest? I will say this however. Among all the BBQC chains I've been to, the Diamond Plaza chain is the slowest in service. Maybe that's just me. Maybe the cooks are pissed at my family and make our orders slower than everyone else's. I don't know.
