Good, home cooked Vietnamese food is the best. Nothing beats it. Beach stews his pho broth for two days, minimum! How can any restaurant beat that?

I really do not have a recipe. We just cook it. Sometimes we change it up a little but the basic formula is still the same. Next time we cook, I will take some pictures and set up a power point for you. It was a lot of fun but I tried to keep it to a small party so that I can pay more attention to all the guests.

What kind of lens are you using with your XTi? I suggest a 50mm f1.4 if you plan to shoot alot of indoor pictures with ambient light. I'm assuming you're using the kit lens which is ok but a struggle to use without flash. Regardless it's fun to snap away.

That's the most incredible bowl of Bun Rieu Oc I've seen in too long! Vietnamese food is truly amazing when done at its' best :) My mom used to cook bun rieu for dinner often, but after she started working full time...sigh, no more!
